Eliminate the risk of fire and explosion due to combustible dust with Diversitech’s Typhoon WX-3000 Wet Dust Collector. With the ability to capture airborne particulate as small as 3 micron at source, the Typhoon WX-3000 guarantees cleaner air for your industrial setting.
Safely removing hazardous combustible dust from your workplace, the Typhoon WX-3000 uses a 5 HP blower to draw in airborne contaminants and filter them through Diversitech’s proprietary “water-tree” baffle design. Once inside the collector, the particles bond with suspended water droplets where they then drain down to the bottom of the collector for safe removal.
Automatically controlling water levels with valves and sensors, the Typhoon WX-3000 includes interlock functions to meet OSHA and NFPA codes. An optional wet-vacuum to clean the unit is available for fast and easy routine service.
For applications that generate dust further from the collector, empty downdraft tables or extraction arms are popular options. Ideal applications for a wet dust collector include: grinding & deburring, sanding & finishing, buffing, pharmaceutical dust, aluminum, titanium and magnesium.
