The Absolent A•Line / A•5 Oil Smoke Filter is best suited for CNC machines, swiss machines and grinding machines that are running with high speeds and high coolant pressures. It can also be adapted to fit the requirements of different applications. This makes it our smartest filter unit yet.
The small size of the filter units make them ideal for machine mounting, but they can also be placed on a floor stand, mounted on the wall or hung from the ceiling. The A•5 unit is the perfect match for a machine with a cabin volume of up to 89 ft3.
The A•5 Oil Smoke Filter features four unique filter cassettes adapted to your machine, each one capturing millions of particles. The first three are self-draining filter cassettes from
Absolent, designed to capture oil so that it can be reused in the machine instead of polluting your premises. This is what we call Catch & Release®. The fourth filter is a HEPA H13, featuring a 99.97% filter efficiency; ensuring clean air during the entire operating time.
