The Absolent A•erity family of oil mist filters are our smartest units yet. They feature particle load capacity ranging from 10mg/m3 – 70 mg/m3 for maximum uptime, and air flows ranging from 1000 m3/h – 4000 m3/h. With a sleek, modular design, these oil mist collectors can also be adapted to fit the requirements of different applications.

Next-Gen HMI Features

The Absolent A•erity family of oil mist filters comes with brand-new controls. A handheld, electronic device with a 7-inch color screen gives you new opportunities to manage, control and monitor your oil mist collector unit. The A control has information about the pressure drop in each filter stage, running hours, fan speed and much more. You can adjust all settings right from the hand unit. It has never been so easy to clean oil mist from the process air around your machines.

Features of A•erity Oil Mist Filters

• Clean Air – Always: HEPA H13 filter ensures clean air during the entire operating time. It filters at least 99.97% of all particles >0.3 micron.
• Maximum Uptime:Four unique filter stages that we adapt to your machine. Each individual filter captures millions of particles over a life cycle of 8760 running hours, and can be easily replaced for virtually unstoppable uptime.
• Increased Oil Capture Capacity: With an increased capacity for oil mist capture, a single A•erity mist collector can prevent up to 3 barrels of oil each year from going unfiltered. Eliminate slippery floors and dangerous smoke, and save big by recycling captured oil.
